Dear Parents,
Today I held an information about MAP testing. Thank you to those who were able to come along. For those that were not able to come, please click here to read a parent toolkit which contains helpful advice.
Tentative start dates for MAP tests are: Elementary 20th October and Secondary 27th October. The Fall testing window is open through November and we will confirm once we have the green light from NWEA and internet upgrades are complete.
We have enjoyed a wonderful week this week with a busy anti-bullying campaign and many going off on school trips this afternoon. I am sure they will have a wonderful time. Read next weeks newsletter to see the photographs.
Have a lovely weekend

Secondary Vice Principal

School Counseling News
Earlier this week, the senior class had the chance to experience a College Essay Writing Workshop presented by Ms. Sherin Rabie, Admissions Counselor from NYU Abu Dhabi. Ms. Rabie used real, actual examples of essays that had been submitted to NYU Abu Dhabi. Her examples included a critique of the strength and weakness of each one to help distinguish a successful essay from an unsuccessful one.
